New deadline for the Aquileia Open Call: June 7th, 2020

New deadline for the Open Call On the trail of the Patriarchate of Aquileia: now you can submit your photos / projects until June 7th, 2020.

As you know, the period of the call unfortunately coincided with the Covid-19 emergency and this made outdoor photographic sessions impossible. Now, finally, it seems possible to go out and shoot again, albeit with due precautions. So, if you have the opportunity, take advantage to take pictures of the wonderful Friuli Venezia Giulia territory!

Aquileia, Cividale del Friuli, Cormòns, Rosazzo, Tarcento, Moggio, Zuglio, Gemona, Udine, San Daniele, Codroipo, Marano and the myriad of villages with castles, country churches, abbeys, castles, museums, mills, Venetian and Habsburg villas.

We are looking for photos that testify the millenary events of the Patriarchate of Aquileia, matrix of Friulian identity and historical trace of cohesion of different peoples and ethnic groups.

The call is completely free and aimed at creating a photographic / historical volume which will be presented at the end of October at the next Trieste Photo Days, in Italy. We are confident of being able to set up, as scheduled, also a collective exhibition with the best photos at Palazzo Meizlik in Aquileia, the Territory Museum of Cormòns and the oratory of Santa Maria in Valle in Cividale del Friuli.
