The wait is over. After a season full of creativity and passion, we’re ready to reveal the winners of the EA Cup 2025, Exhibit Around’s knockout-style photo tournament. This year’s journey was another testament to talent and collaboration, culminating in two names that have truly embodied the spirit of our community.
After weeks of head-to-head challenges and public voting, the EA Cup 2025 winner is Immacolata Giordano, whose work stood out for its originality, visual impact, and storytelling.
The community is the beating heart of the EA Cup. To celebrate this spirit, Harry Giglio was recognised as Best Voter 2025 for his consistent engagement and enthusiasm. His participation shows that every single vote is crucial to shaping the competition and discovering new talent.
The awards ceremony will be held during the Trieste Photo Days ↗, on Sunday, October 26, at 5:30 PM in Sala Xenia.
This year’s theme, “Reflections,” was proposed by last year’s runner-up, Nurlan Tahirli. It invited participants to slow down and look at the world differently, capturing those moments where something familiar suddenly appears new. The works, which ranged from tranquil street scenes to bold conceptual pieces, explored the concept of reflections and showed unique and original interpretations of the theme.
The EA Cup is more than just a competition; it’s a gateway into the wider world of Exhibit Around. The tournament provides a unique platform to test one’s skills, but also a valuable opportunity for networking and collaboration that culminates in the Trieste Photo Days Festival. Becoming a member means gaining access to exhibitions, festivals, workshops, and talks, enriching your artistic journey through a continuous exchange of ideas.
