Loyalty program full regulation

Welcome to our new PhotoPoints loyalty program: the points that reward your participation!

Starting from 1 April 2024 all Exhibit Around member photographers will be able to take advantage of the points accumulated in our dotLogic user area.
Every 100 PhotoPoints will be worth €1 in discounts!
All users can see their balance within their private profile.

To inaugurate the launch of the new PhotoPoints, we have decided to reward photographers also for past participations. This is why you have already been awarded points!
Log in to the reserved area and take a look at your profile page.

We assigned an initial score taking into account your participation to date and your time enrolled in dotLogic.

Points Collection

To start collecting PhotoPoints, you just need to be registered on dotLogic.
Signing up alone will earn you 250 points!

You’ll earn PhotoPoints in a variety of ways:

• Participating in our open calls
• Winning in URBAN Photo Awards and Exhibit Around’s open calls¹
• Vote in the “direct elimination” contests
• Production fee for exhibitions and photographic volumes

For every €1 spent on dotLogic, you’ll earn 10 PhotoPoints.²
Every 100 PhotoPoints will be worth €1!

1. Should you not already be a member at the time of your victory, you will receive half of the points specified in the regulations.

Using your points

Currently, your PhotoPoints can be used whenever making a payment via “CONFIRM THIS TRANSACTION” on this platform, such as the costs to take part in the URBAN Photo Awards (1st of April – 31st of May 2024)  and the Project Selection by Trieste Photo Days. 

In the future, you’ll be able to use your points to buy books, Workshops, Masterclasses, and much more!

To use your points, join Exhibit Around APS. You’ll immediately receive up to 10% of your membership fee in Photopoints!

By supporting us, you’ll allow us to continue creating the contests and open Calls you participate in, as well as workshops and the unmissable events of Trieste Photo Days. 

You’ll also be able to take part in all the Calls that are exclusive to our members, like the upcoming “Collectible Shots: When Photography Meets Art Galleries“, or the annual EA Cup, where members themselves choose the winner!

Payment

Any form of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) will allow points usage and will earn you points at the same time.

Points update

PayPal payments will guarantee an immediate update of your points. 

For any other form of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.), point updates may take up to 7 (seven) working days.

Expiry and Renewal

Once earned, you’ll never lose your points! 

You can use your PhotoPoints from the moment you become a member of Exhibit Around (link alla tabella dotlogic delle quote associative). Memberships are renewable annually. 

Should your membership expire, don’t worry! You won’t lose your points and will continue to earn them.
You’ll just need to renew your membership to use them again.

Termination of Activities

In the event of the termination of the Points Campaign or activities related to the dotlogic platform and/or the associated Photographic Network, users will be informed with a 6 (six) months notice period, during which they’ll have the opportunity to use all their points. 

Any PhotoPoints balance remaining thereafter will be forfeited, without any compensation due for the equivalent in EUR.
