Loyalty program full regulation

Welcome to the PhotoPoints Loyalty Program: the points that reward your participation!

Starting from April 1, 2024, all subscribers to the dotLogic photographic network (available at www.my.dotlogic.net) will earn PhotoPoints.

• Earn 250 Welcome PhotoPoints just by subscribing to the dotLogic network.
• From then on, you can gain more points by winning calls, contests, and cashback offers.
• Every collected 100 PhotoPoints will be worth €1 in discounts!

Your current amount of PhotoPoints is visible on the top of the dotLogic homepage and in your profile area.

PhotoPoints can be spent for registration fees for contests, competitions, educational activities such as workshops and masterclasses, and much more within the dotLogic and Exhibit Around platforms.

Important:
To spend or use your PhotoPoints, you must be subscribed as a Member of Exhibit Around APS. At the time of your Exhibit Around APS subscription, you’ll receive additional Welcome PhotoPoints!

Points collection

To start collecting PhotoPoints, you just need to be registered on dotLogic.

Signing up alone will earn you 250 points!

If you have already spent within the dotLogic network (comprising of URBAN Photo Awards, Trieste Photo Days, and Exhibit Around APS), you have been assigned a starting amount of PhotoPoints based on your past spending.

Log in to the reserved area and check your profile page to view your points!

You’ll earn PhotoPoints in a variety of ways:

• Participating in our open calls
• Winning in URBAN Photo Awards and Exhibit Around’s open calls¹
• Vote in the “direct elimination” contests
• Production fee for exhibitions and photographic volumes

Important: 

• For every €1 spent on dotLogic, you’ll earn 10 PhotoPoints.²
• Every 100 PhotoPoints will be worth €1 in your future discounts

1. Should you not already be a member at the time of your victory, you will receive half of the points specified in the regulations.

Using your points

Currently, you can use your PhotoPoints for the following:

• Costs to take part in the URBAN Photo Awards (1st of April – 31st of May 2025)
• Online Project Selection by Trieste Photo Days (see 2024 edition)
• Workshop and Masterclass fees

In the future, you’ll also be able to use your points to buy books from our bookshop,³ and much more!

3. Shipping for books cannot be bought with PhotoPoints.

Important: 
To spend or use your PhotoPoints, you must be subscribed as a Member of Exhibit Around APS. Upon subscribing⁴, you’ll receive additional Welcome PhotoPoints, which can be up to 10% of your membership fee in PhotoPoints equivalent!

4. Exhibit Around Membership cannot be paid in PhotoPoints.

Membership Welcome points

Upon subscribing to Exhibit Around APS, members automatically receive the following welcome PhotoPoints based on their selected tier:

• MEMBER : 100 PhotoPoints
• ENTHUSIAST: 300 PhotoPoints
• MASTER: 800 PhotoPoints
• LEGEND: 2,000 PhotoPoints

100 PhotoPoints = 1 € to spend in the dotLogic network

Subscriptions before December 31, 2024

• MEMBER: 300 PhotoPoints
• ENTHUSIAST: 700 PhotoPoints
• MASTER: 1,600 PhotoPoints
• LEGEND: 4,000 PhotoPoints

Subscriptions between January 1 and January 31, 2025

• MEMBER: 200 PhotoPoints
• ENTHUSIAST: 500 PhotoPoints
• MASTER: 1,200 PhotoPoints
• LEGEND: 3,000 PhotoPoints

Payment

Any form of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) will allow points usage and will earn you points at the same time.

Points update

PayPal payments will guarantee an immediate update of your points. 

For any other form of payment (bank transfer, credit card, etc.), point updates may take up to 7 (seven) working days.

Expiry and renewal

Once earned, you’ll never lose your PhotoPoints! 

You can use your PhotoPoints from the moment you become a member of Exhibit Around . Memberships are renewable annually. 

Should your membership expire, don’t worry! You won’t lose your points and will continue to earn them.
You’ll just need to renew your membership to use them again.

Termination of activities

In the event of the termination of the Points Campaign or activities related to the dotlogic platform and/or the associated Photographic Network, users will be informed with a 6 (six) months notice period, during which they’ll have the opportunity to use all their points. 

Any PhotoPoints balance remaining thereafter will be forfeited, without any compensation due for the equivalent in EUR.
