Mythography V: Shortlisted Photographers and Official Book Cover Announced

4 June 2025

We are thrilled to share a significant update for the fifth edition of our annual editorial project, Mythography vol. V. After reviewing a wide and inspiring range of photographic works, we are finally ready to unveil the shortlist of artists who have captured the essence of the Greco-Roman deities Juno (Hera), Venus (Aphrodite), and Vesta (Hestia) through their modern interpretations.

The fifth volume of Mythography continues our visual exploration of classical mythology, uniting ancient history with contemporary sensibilities. The talent and creativity demonstrated by the participants have been exceptional, making the selection a challenging task!

From this prestigious pool of talents, the artists who will exhibit their works in the international exhibition alongside the works of Paolo Verzonewill soon be selected, and, of course, the winners of Mythography V will also be announced. A special thanks goes to all the photographers who participated in this open call. Your passion and dedication are the beating heart of the Mythography project.
