We are delighted to announce the winners’ shortlist for Mythography VI, the sixth volume of the photographic and editorial series conceived by Exhibit Around and curated by Professor Enrico Medda, lecturer in Greek literature at the University of Pisa. 29 photographers have stood out for their exceptional ability to interpret this year’s theme: the duality of Jupiter and Bacchus, between order and transgression, between Olympian measure and the liberation of the senses.

The shortlisted photographers are listed in alphabetical order:
Alain Schroeder (BE), Alejandro Marí Beltrán (ES), Alena Ivochkina (RU), Alexandr Shilov (RU), Alexandros Stylianos (GR), Allison Plass (US), Bienyl Huelgas (PH), Daniela Silvestri (IT), Genny Di Filippo (IT), Hal Gage (US), Harry Flaherty (GB), Ilona Chvan (BY), JaneKis (RU), Josef Hinterleitner (AT), Katarzyna Stachyra (PL), Luigi Rota (IT), Natalie Truchsess (DE), Nunuska (IT), Orna Naor (IL), Peter Wach (US), Petra Ljutić (HR), Renzo Schiratti (IT), Rosella Tapella (IT), Rudy Gadeyne (BE), Sara De Biaggio (IT), Shiknger4kid (IT), Simos Charalambous (CY), TeamGeir (NO), Yi-Hsuan Lin (TW)

The Mythography VI volume will be presented at Trieste Photo Days 2026 alongside the collective exhibition hosted at Magazzino 26. This year the project welcomes an extraordinary guest: Christopher Morris, founding member of VII Photo Agency and one of the most acclaimed photojournalists of the last forty years. An authoritative and original voice, bringing to the project the depth of a vision built across decades of international photojournalism.
This promises to be an exceptional edition, and we look forward to sharing it with you.
