As we look forward to announcing the Best Author, Honourable Mentions and Remarkable Rewards, the TRAVEL atlas is getting ready to come to life. The group exhibition will be hosted at Sala Veruda, as part of the Trieste Photo Days (23 to 25 October 2026) programme.

The project’s guest of honour is Stefano Mirabella, a Rome-based photographer born in 1973. His work ranges from social documentary to street photography, shaped by years of photographic journeys across Asia and the Middle East. Since 2012, street photography has become his language of choice: a personal way of engaging with and observing the real world. A Leica Talent winner in 2014, he currently teaches at Officine Fotografiche Roma and is part of the faculty of the Leica Akademie.

A heartfelt thank you to all the participants who chose to share their stories and their views of the world with us!
