Open Call Fotografica a tema caffè

TriestEspresso Photo Days 2022

In view of the tenth edition of TriestEspresso Expo, Exhibit Around APS in collaboration with Aries Scarl and the Venezia Giulia Chamber of Commerce, are launching the free open call dedicated to the world of coffee.

The project

The initiative aims to celebrate the entire coffee chain through photography, from cultivation to harvesting, from production to the cup.
The best photos collected through the open call will be exhibited at the group exhibition TriestEspresso Photo Days 2022 in the Atrium on the ground floor of the prestigious Palazzo della Borsa Vecchia, in piazza della Borsa 14, in Trieste.

Who is it for?

To photographers from all over the world interested in submitting single photos, but also projects and portfolios, which tell the all-round coffee culture.
The participating photographers will have the opportunity to become part of an important collective exhibition in the prestigious Palazzo della Borsa Vecchia.

The theme

The Open Call focuses on the world and culture of coffee in all aspects: the production stages, history, the ritual of espresso at the bar, small and large roasteries, coffee at home and coffee consumption in general four corners of the world.

The photos

Each author will be able to address the theme through the photographic genre he feels closest to: portrait, street photography, social reportage, documentary photography, fashion photography or fine-art.
Photographic works must be able to cast an original look at coffee and what it represents.
